Emilie M. de Lozier advises the firm’s clients on a variety of policy, regulatory, and transactional issues related to the telecommunications and media fields. Ms. de Lozier joined WBK in 2014 after practicing at a boutique firm that focused on media and broadcast issues.
During law school, Ms. de Lozier served as the Managing Editor of CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications Law and Policy and Vice Chancellor of the 2013 National Telecommunications Moot Court Competition. Her legal experience also includes internships with the National Telecommunications and Information Administration and the FCC Enforcement Bureau, as well as clerkships in the offices of FCC Commissioner Robert McDowell and FTC Commissioner Maureen Ohlhausen. Prior to law school, Ms. de Lozier also worked as a paralegal for a large law firm's litigation group.
