Wade Lindsay has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, energy, natural resources, and administrative law. He has been a partner with the firm since 1998. His experience encompasses practice before the FCC, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the federal courts.
Mr. Lindsay represents clients in the telecommunications, broadcasting and cable television industries in administrative litigation, rulemakings, equipment authorization proceedings, enforcement actions and federal appellate litigation. In addition, Mr. Lindsay has broad expertise in energy and natural resources law. He has represented clients on matters relating to hydropower licensing, natural gas transportation regulation and rates, oil pipeline rates, and crude oil overcharge refunds. Mr. Lindsay has also counseled clients developing new electric generation sources regarding environmental compliance under the national Environmental Policy Act, Clean Water Act, Federal Land Policy and Management Act and Endangered Species Act.
