James J. Park joined Wilkinson Barker Knauer in 2017. He advises the firm’s clients on a variety of policy, regulatory, and transactional issues related to the fields of telecommunications and emerging technologies.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Park was a Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Law School’s Center for Technology, Innovation & Competition where he researched cyber-physical system designs and their applications in smart medical devices and autonomous vehicles, and how current laws and regulations will impact the technology. His legal experience includes internships with the City of Philadelphia Law Department’s I.P. Division and the Software Freedom Law Center.
