Sean Conway advises clients on strategic, policy, and legal matters before the Federal Communications Commission and related Executive Branch agencies.
Prior to joining the firm in March of 2017, Mr. Conway served at the FCC as the Deputy Director of the Commission’s Office of Legislative Affairs. This capped a two-and-a-half year period during which he also served as a Legal Advisor to the Chief of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and as an Attorney Advisor in the Wireline Competition Bureau. While in the Wireline Competition Bureau, Mr. Conway was part of the team that modernized the E-rate program, the government’s largest educational technology program.
Before joining the Commission, Mr. Conway was as an Associate in the Policy and Regulatory Group at an Am Law 100 international law firm and an Associate in a startup solar renewable energy finance firm. Before attending law school, Mr. Conway served for over two years as a Legislative Aide to then-Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton.
